Brace yourselves for Summerween.
It may be the scorching dog days of August, but it's time to celebrate Halloween.
Even though the holiday is officially celebrated on October 31st,
here at Halloween Adventure Shop in New York City and many other stores across the USA,
they say bring on the ghouls and goblins right now.
"People who love Halloween really love Halloween, and they just want to make it last longer."
At Michael's, the arts and crafts store, the shelves are stocked with every imaginable Halloween decoration.
"No, it's not too early to be getting ready for Halloween."
"I'm actually starting to think about my Halloween costumes now."

Summerween got its start thanks to the 2012 Disney animated series Gravity Falls,
where the fictional town loved Halloween so much they decided to celebrate it twice.
And look at the superstore in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
It's called Spirit Halloween.
It has every ghoul imaginable.
Jason from Friday the 13th costs 300 bucks.
