You get one day off
and I think you can negotiate which one you want,
it's more or less up to you.
But it has to be the same one every week.

You get £5.50 an hour,
and that includes a break.
Do I have to go home to eat or…
You don't have to.
You can get a meal in the hotel if you want to,
and there's no charge for it so you might as well.
