The dude flexing in this bodybuilding competition is 100 years old.
Ah... correction: 100 and 6 months.
That makes Andrew Bostinto the world's oldest competitive bodybuilder.
He took center stage at the National Gym Association's physique contest in Florida.
Bostinto was 13 when he first started competing.
He won senior Mr. America in 1977 at age 52.
At his most recent competition, he was escorted on stage by his 67-year-old wife, Francine.
The music starts, off goes the rope and it's showtime.
The crowd goes wild each time he flexes.
And he nails each one.
He did all the classic poses.
Bostinto took top honors and received a trophy and championship belt.
He isn't the only a hundred year old in tip top shape.
Jerry Leo of Long Island, New York is also 100.
She works out five days a week and get this:
She can do a five minute plank.
Most of us can't do five seconds.
Do you feel as strong as you look?
Yes.
She decided to put me to the test to see if I could do a five minute plank.
How do you feel?
Feel fine, feel great.
Just great. No problem.
So how are you doing?
I'm about to give up...
After three minutes, I'm done.
Out planked by a hundred year old lady.
Jerry, you beat me.
Good work centenarians.
