Communities in central Texas are reeling from devastating weekend flooding.
One witness told reporters, "There were dozens of vehicles just floating away."
Authorities report conducting dozens of rescues by helicopter.
Search and rescue teams and volunteers have been combing the banks of Guadalupe River looking for survivors and victims.
One volunteer said "it would bring me some closure knowing definitively what happened instead of continuously holding out wondering if the one I love is still out there."
Officials say the death toll is over 80 and several people are missing.
In the flood's path was Camp Mystic, a girls camp.
There were about 750 children at the camp when it was hit by the floods.
Authorities say at least 27 campers and counselors died.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott toured the site.
"We will remain 100% dedicated searching for every single one of the children."
At the governor's request, President Trump signed a major disaster declaration for Kerr County.
