Hi, this is Karen Lopez. I'm calling about an issue with an ad in your magazine.

What seems to be the problem, Ms. Lopez?

I'm the owner of The Cozy Corner Café, and in your recent issue, the ad says we open at 10 am,

but we actually open at 8 am every day.

This mistake could really confuse our customers, especially the early morning crowd.
