I'm having trouble with my internet connection.

It's been really slow lately.

Yes, I've done that a few times.

It didn't seem to help much.

Sometimes it might be an issue with the service provider.

Have you called them?

Not yet.

I wanted to check if it was something I could fix myself first.

It's worth calling them.
