We are here to discuss a problem with the blenders we launched last month.

One shipment of the timers our partner supplied us with was defective.

The time is supposed to be set for 60 seconds,

but instead is only 10 seconds.

Our customers are frustrated because...

we advertised the ability to blend your morning smoothie

while completing another task with our timer,

and we have not been able to deliver.

So far, we have repaired 400 blenders,

but we expect to repair at least 1000 more.
