Hey Michael, this is Emma Rodriguez from the Green Valley Art Fair.

I'm super excited to let you know that your application for a stall has been accepted!

We had over 60 people apply for this one spot,

so it was pretty competitive.

But your unique craftsmanship really caught our eye,

and we think it'll bring a fresh vibe to the fair.

The current stall-holder will be there for another four weeks,

so it'll be available after that.

In the meantime, we just need to get the lease agreement signed.

I'll be in the office tomorrow from 9 am to 5 pm.
