Good morning. This is Thomas Laney.

I recently dined at the Grand Bistro for the first time during my visit to Chicago last weekend.

While I thoroughly enjoyed the meal, I've encountered an issue.

I didn't thoroughly review the receipt at the time,

and I've just realized there's an error.

I was mistakenly billed for two main courses,

specifically the steak entrees,

but I only ordered one.

Could you please verify your transaction records,

issue me a refund for the incorrect charge,

and send me the updated receipt via email?

It's rather urgent since I need to submit my expense report by Wednesday.
