Short Talk: Marathon winner (Listen and Read)

Ladies and gentlemen, in an unprecedented event,

17-year-old Max Golden was the winner of this year's City Marathon.

Golden, who was the youngest participant,

managed to outpace more than 3000 runners,

finishing the 42-kilometer run in just 2 hours and 28 minutes.

According to his coach,

Golden has been training hard for years,

waking up at dawn every day to run.

His hard work and dedication have paid off handsomely today.
