At least 150 people have died after an earthquake in Southeast Asia.
Reports say the 7.7 magnitude quake struck Myanmar.
It was followed by an aftershock that registered 6.4.
Tremors were felt as far away as Bangkok, Thailand, where eight people are reported dead
after the collapse of a high-rise building under construction.
One woman described what she felt.
I was sleeping on my bed and at first I thought my head was spinning.
So I moved to see what was happening
and things started swaying even more.
So I quickly ran to my kids
and we quickly took cover under the table.
Hundreds were injured across the region and officials say the death toll is expected to rise.
Myanmar is currently embroiled in a civil war
and the military-run government has declared a state of emergency.
