Amazon faces a huge strike in the US as the holiday shopping season hits its peak.
Thousands of workers are expected to walk out on Thursday after union officials said the firm failed to come to the negotiating table.
Teamsters officials say employees will walk out at warehouse locations including New York, San Francisco, and Atlanta.
The union says it represents about 10,000 workers at 10 Amazon facilities.
Now, the strike threatens to disrupt operations at the busiest time of the year for retailers.
However, the e-commerce giant has multiple warehouses and smaller delivery depots that may allow it to get around the stoppage.
Amazon didn't immediately respond to a request for comment on the strike.
The union had given it a deadline of Sunday to begin negotiations, and workers had already voted to authorize a walkout.
Teamsters officials said they would also be putting up picket lines at hundreds of Amazon sites nationwide.
