Today, this area is called the Dewars Farm Quarry in Oxfordshire, England.
But during the Middle Jurassic Period, dinosaurs called this area home.
How do we know this?
200 distinct sets of tracks that are still visible 166 million years later.
So many dinosaurs walked this path, paleontologists are calling it a "Dinosaur Highway."
The discovery happened when a worker in the limestone quarry noticed some strange bumps on the ground.
That prompted a team of more than 100 people from local universities to carefully excavate the area.
To document their work, the team took more than 20,000 digital images.
Drones were used to get a bird's eye view of the massive footprints.
Paleontologists have identified the footprints of both herbivore and carnivore dinosaurs.
The scientists hope future studies of this area will give more insights into the size and shape of the extinct creatures.
And now that we know where they walked,
they may even give us an idea of the speed at which they walked.
