A client is supposed to be calling me,

but unfortunately, I won't be in all afternoon due to a meeting with a wholesale supplier.

That is no problem.

I will be in the office because I am expecting a few calls, myself.

What time is your client supposed to call?

My client normally calls between 2 and 3 pm
