Before we finish up today, there's an important issue we need to sort out.

Next Wednesday, we're going to be short-staffed

because several team members will be at a technical workshop.

It's a great chance for them to learn new skills,

but we still need to keep our project on track.

So, please let your teams know that any new leave requests for that day can't be approved unless it's urgent.

To be clear, this only applies to new requests,

those already approved won't be affected.
